Fitness is where we feel mentally and physically healthy, it is called fitness. When we are healthy both mentally and physically, we feel healthy doing any work. Freshness is felt in the body. If we talk about being physically healthy only, then in this we feel healthy by doing any work like walking, driving a car, sitting, getting up, bringing things, etc. If there is no pain in the body while doing these things, then you are physically healthy.
